01. Seated Inner Thigh Squeeze
Sit with the Pilates ring between your thighs. Squeeze it using your inner thighs, hold, then release. Repeat for a focused inner thigh workout.
Stand tall, hold the Pilates ring between hands at chest level, elbows at 90 degrees. Press arms together, then release. Repeat to engage and strengthen your torso.
Lie back, band mid-foot on your right leg, left leg flat. Hold the band ends, lift your straight right leg up, then bend and straighten at the knee. Repeat and switch legs.
On all fours with the band around your right foot's arch, anchor band ends to the ground. Extend your right leg back, then draw the knee in. Switch legs and continue.
Lie back, knees bent, feet flat, holding the ball at your chest. Crunch up, lifting the ball overhead. Lower back down and repeat. Enhance core strength with each sit-up.
Sit, ball between knees. Lean back, lift into a V-shape, squeezing the ball. Hold, then lower. Engage your core for balance and strength in each V-sit.
Secure the band around your thighs and step into a lunge. Lower down, embracing the band's tension. Push up to start and repeat. Power up your leg routine!
Wrap the band around your thighs, lie on your side, body aligned. Lift your right leg sideways, knee slightly bent, then lower. Switch to the left leg. Keep the rhythm for sculpted, powerful hips!
